Pre-Employment

Background Checks

We may conduct various background checks on applicants prior to employment. This is to ensure that individuals who join our company have honestly presented their qualifications on the employment application, are qualified, and have the potential to be productive and successful. All offers of employment are made contingent upon the successful completion of all applicable background checks.

Pre-Employment Drug Testing

Only after clean drug screening will employment with Larry and Sons, Inc. be considered. This is true for all areas of employment weather full time, part time or temporary. From laborers to administrators, anyone being considered for employment must pass pre-employment drug testing. Random testing is then done on a regular basis to keep our work environment “clean”.
